How to integrate Capsule CRM To Contact Form 7 — WordPress

Capsule is a simple, flexible, and effective web-based CRM tool you can use for your small business. Capsule is a good tool to keep track of your contacts and companies you do business with, communications with them, sales opportunities, and what activities and tasks that need be done.

Today we are going to try to send contact entries from the most popular form plugin on WordPress Contact Form 7

1- Install the plugin Contact Form 7 — Capsule CRM — Integration

2- Here’s a small documentation on how to install it via WordPress or FTP

3- After installation go to the plugin option page

4- Get the API Token from your capsule account page

5- Paste it in the plugin field and save changes, the ‘not connected’ should be now green and ‘connected’

6- Now you can go to your form page and you will find a new tab called ‘Capsule CRM’ where you map the form fields to your capsule fields

That’s it, you can now save all your form entries into your capsule account if it’s a party person or party organization or opportunity or case.
